Job Overview:

We are seeking an expert Precision Marksman Training Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will utilize their extensive experience in precision marksmanship to develop specialized training programs, deliver high-quality instruction, supervise training activities, and assess the performance of trainees. This role is crucial for improving the precision shooting capabilities and operational effectiveness of our military clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing Training Programs:
  • Design and refine training programs focused on precision marksmanship, including advanced shooting techniques and equipment handling.
  • Ensure training content is up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with other military experts to integrate comprehensive shooting strategies.
• Delivering Training:
  • Conduct training sessions on precision marksmanship, covering both theoretical and practical aspects.
  • Utilize various training methods, including classroom instruction, live-fire exercises, and simulation training.
  • Customize training programs to address the specific needs and skill levels of different military units.
• Supervising Training Activities:
  • Oversee the implementation of precision marksmanship training programs to ensure they are conducted effectively.

Qualifications:

• Marksmanship Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of precision shooting techniques, ballistics, and marksmanship principles.
  • Experience with a variety of firearms, optics, and shooting accessories.
• Training and Instruction:
  • Previous experience in military or law enforcement training roles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in conducting both theoretical and practical training sessions.
