Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ukrainian Combat Veteran to join our team as an Infantry Tactics and Training Specialist. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive combat experience to develop innovative infantry tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), deliver high-quality training sessions, supervise training activities, and assess the performance of trainees. This role is pivotal in enhancing the tactical proficiency and operational readiness of our military clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs):
  • Create and refine infantry TTPs based on combat experience and current military doctrine.
  • Ensure TTPs are relevant, effective, and adaptable to various combat scenarios.
  • Collaborate with other military experts to integrate best practices and new strategies.
• Delivering Training:
  • Conduct training sessions on infantry tactics, combat operations, and fieldcraft.
  • Use a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, field exercises, and simulation training.
  • Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different military units.
• Supervising Training Activities:
  • Oversee the implementation of training programs to ensure they are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees during training exercises.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Assessing Performance:
  • Evaluate the performance of trainees through observation, tests, and feedback sessions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop performance metrics and standards to measure trainee progress and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Combat Experience:
  • Proven combat experience as an infantry soldier in the Ukrainian conflict.
  • In-depth understanding of infantry tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Experience in various combat operations, including defensive, offensive, and reconnaissance missions.
• Training and Instruction:
  • Previous experience in military training and instruction roles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in conducting both theoretical and practical training sessions.
• Leadership and Supervision:
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate trainees.
  • Experience in managing training programs and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Capability to assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
