Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Covert Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience in surveillance, covert search techniques, technical installation, covert communications, social engineering, and CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive) to support and execute covert operations. This role is critical for ensuring the success and security of sensitive missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Covert Operations:
  • Plan and execute covert operations in support of intelligence and security objectives.
  • Utilize advanced surveillance techniques to gather critical information without detection.
  • Perform covert searches and technical installations as required.
• Covert Communications:
  • Develop and maintain secure communication channels for covert operations.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to operational security protocols.
  • Train team members in the use of covert communication tools and techniques.
• Technical Installation and Maintenance:
  • Install and maintain covert technical equipment such as cameras, listening devices, and tracking devices.
  • Ensure all equipment is operational and undetectable.
• Social Engineering and Intelligence Gathering:
  • Employ social engineering techniques to gain access to restricted information or locations.
  • Analyze gathered intelligence to inform operational decisions and strategies.
• CBRNE Preparedness:
  • Implement and maintain CBRNE safety protocols during covert operations.
  • Train team members on CBRNE threat detection and response procedures.
  • Ensure all operations comply with CBRNE regulations and safety standards.

Relevant Qualifications:

• Covert Operations Expertise:
  • Extensive experience in planning and executing covert operations.
  • Proficiency in surveillance techniques, covert search methods, and technical installations.
  • Strong understanding of covert communication protocols and tools.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with installation and maintenance of covert technical equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices related to covert operations.
• Social Engineering and Intelligence:
  • Proven ability to utilize social engineering techniques effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for processing and interpreting intelligence data.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.
• CBRNE Knowledge:
  • Understanding of CBRNE threats and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience implementing CBRNE safety protocols during operations.
